Warman Cemetery

The first Warman Cemetery was established in 1910. Warman Cemetery is comprised of approximately three acres. It is located on Central St. W - see the interactive map below for directions.

Traditional plots are no longer available for purchase in this cemetery. Any traditional burials that occur take place in pre-purchased plots. All Traditional burial plots are now sold at our newest cemetery which is Warman Memorial Gardens (see below).

The cemetery presently has an area for cremation, for in-ground urn burials, along with a columbarium for placement of cremated remains. The cemetery also allows urn burials in existing plots.

Available public services include:

      • Cremation Earth burial spaces; and,
      • Columbarium niches for cremated remains.

Warman Memorial Gardens

The second location is Warman Memorial Gardens. It is located on Thompson Road S (Range Rd 3051) - see the interactive map below for directions. As of January 2014, all new traditional plot purchases were directed to Warman Memorial Gardens, with the first burial occurring in February 2014.

In Warman Memorial Gardens, all plots are sold and reserved in sequential order on a numbered concrete ribbon system. Therefore, there is little to no opportunity to decide what plot you want to purchase.

All families are encouraged to purchase adjacent plots at the time of burial of their loved ones.  This ensures that the adjacent plot is reserved for their future needs.

Warman Memorial Gardens will undergo further expansion in Spring 2024. The City of Warman will begin pouring ribbons in the third quadrant of the cemetery, immediately south of the existing concrete ribbons.

In the Warman Memorial Gardens plot map below, the blue plots indicate burials, red plots indicate they’re reserved, and white plots indicate they are available.

Available public services include:

      • Traditional casket burial; and,
      • Cremation burial in a traditional purchased plot.
