There are 43 kilometres of gravity sewer collection mains and 24 kilometres of force mains in Warman. There are also nine sewer pump stations that send the grey water (effluent) to the lagoons for treatment.
In 2023 the lagoon treatment process was improved with the addition of continuous aeration and SAGR cells. The new treatment process improves treatment speed, reduces odor, and improves the quality and consistency of the effluent.
The gravity sewer system consists of 62% PVC and 30% VCT (Clay Tile). In 2023 about 20 percent of the network was assessed based on video inspections.
