[ARCHIVED] How to Disconnect Your Water Service

As of March 23, via a resolution of council, the fee to disconnect and reconnect water utilities has been waived. This is in response to the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19 and is being offered to businesses as a way to reduce costs during this uncertain time.

The process to disconnect your water service is as follows:

1. Send an email to utilityebilling@warman.ca indicating you wish to have your water shutoff.

2. Provide your name, the business name, the street address and phone number.

3. Provide a date for shutoff.

*Note, typical shut off times will occur during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The process to reconnect your water service is as follows:

1. Send an email to utilityebilling@warman.ca indicating you wish to have your water turned on.

2. Provide your name, the business name, the street address and phone number.

3. Provide a date to have the service reconnected. Reconnection will occur during regular business hours.

*Note, that a point of contact is required on-site during reconnection.

Utilities that are disconnected are not subject to minimum charge billing. For more information please contact our Utilities Clerk Rachelle Irvine at rachellei@warman.ca.
