[ARCHIVED] The City of Warman updated statement on COVID-19: FACILITY CLOSURES

For release March 16, 2020

The City of Warman is working closely with stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure residents are kept up-to-date with accurate and relevant information. The health, safety and well-being of the public and our employees is our top priority.

PLEASE NOTE that effective 7 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2020 the City of Warman will be closing to the public:

•             Legends Centre

•             Brian King Centre

•             Diamond Rodeo Arena

•             Outdoor rink warm-up shack

•             Wheatland Library

This will remain in effect until further notice. Any programming associated with these facilities is affected by the closures. If you have any questions about programming or booking please call the Recreation Department at 306.933.2210.

City Hall will remain open (regular hours of operation 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), but we encourage the public to limit their visits to the facility. Pay bills online when possible.

This situation is ever evolving and as things change we will be giving residents regular updates.
