If people are the fabric of a community, then Infrastructure is the string that holds it all together.
The City of Warman has experienced significant growth in the past twenty years. This means an equally significant amount of infrastructure such as roadways, sidewalks, and water and sewer pipes were constructed to support this growth. The City is fortunate that most of its infrastructure is relatively new, and, unlike many communities, Warman has very limited failures.
This infrastructure is a significant investment that needs to be managed to maintain its value and level of service. For this reason, the development of asset management is one of our goals within the City's Strategic Plan. View the City's asset management policy and strategy below:
